Entrants may purchase tickets by calling Sherri at or by purchasing tickets directly from authorized seller from March 4, 2017 through August 17, 2017.
Buck Chevrolet not responsible for lost entries.
Contest runs from March 4, 2017 through August 17, 2017. The drawing will be held on August 17, 2017 at Buck Chevrolet in Canal Fultan Ohio. Winner will be selected from a pool of entrants via drawing. Winner need not be present for drawing.
The winner will receive a 2 year prepaid lease on a 2017 Silverado Double Cab 4x4. 2 year lease will include taxes, title and 15000 miles per year. Color and options may differ from vehicle shown in promotion materials. retail value of the prize is approximately $10,000. Prize has no cash alternative.
Winner must be 18 years of age or older and be a licensed motor vehicle driver with proof of adequate insurance, and is responsible for the disposition fee of $395 at lease termination as well as excess wear and tear charges and mileage penalty of $0.25 per mile over 30,000 miles at lease termination.
Winner is responsible for full coverage and general motors financial approved insurance limits for the entire term of the lease.
Winner responsible for any and all income taxes required by the IRS and agrees to sign all documents required to initiate lease at Buck Chevrolet.
Winner is required to provide all personal information required for credit approval with General Motors Financial and must qualify for General Motors Financial Lease Approval.
Winner will pick up vehicle from Buck Chevrolet in Canal Fultan.
Winner acknowledges that Buck Chevrolet and Friends if Scouting will have the right to use winner's name, likeness and voice in promoting the he/she is the winner, in both print and broadcast. The prize winner must sign a standard release form providing Buck Chevrolet with their address, telephone number and social security number and a W-9 Tax form.
Winner expressly releases Buck Chevrolet and Friend of Scouting, their affiliated companies and employees, from any and all claims, demands, damages, and/or liability of any nature whatsoever that winner has or claims to have relating to the herein contest, and without limitation, any and all known or unknown claims for damages or injuries arising out of said contest, whether founded in fact or in law.
Buck Chevrolet is the sole judge of all matters pertaining to this contest and reserves the right to change the rules and/or discontinue the contest at any time without notice. All decisions by Buck Chevrolet are final.
